Returns Information & Refund Policy
We understand the importance of having the flexibility to change your mind when making a purchase decision online. That's why we offer a hassle-free 14-day returns period on items returned in their original "as sold" condition, giving you the option of a full refund or exchange.
For purchases made in person at our showroom, we provide a 14-day exchange policy.
To initiate a return, please contact us via email or phone, and our concierge team will assist you with the process. Once you receive confirmation of your return, you can return the item to us via post or in person at our London store. Please keep in mind that the responsibility of ensuring the item is received at our address falls on the buyer, and we recommend tracking your shipment.
All returns must be pre-authorised by Triple Crown and include a returns reference inside the shipment.
We will refund your payment, excluding the delivery cost, within five working days of receiving your returned goods.
Please note that any customs or duty charges incurred at the time of the original order are final and non-refundable.
